Housekeeping could use a major overhaul!!! The inconsistent room cleanliness and oddly entitled security staff were surprisingly off-putting. Upgrade the food portions!!! I expect more bang for my buck when ordering from the menu!!!

The bubble room provided a stunning view of the harbor and city, paired with a comfortable stay. Friendly staff contributed to a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel's breakfast was impressive, although the elevators were a bit slow. Unfortunately, the room felt smaller, especially compared to larger accommodations at competitive rates elsewhere.

The views were simply breathtaking, and I loved the beautiful decor in the lobby and lifts. There’s a fantastic rooftop pool and soothing sun loungers that really helped me unwind. Only small hiccup was the air conditioning. it took a bit to cool down, but I still slept soundly! 😌
